What type of personalised poems can you write?
I can write all sorts of poems and have lots of ideas. Whether it’s a bespoke anniversary poem, personalised birthday poem or gift poem for someone on their retirement per say – I would love to help. I can write personalised wedding readings, personalised funeral poems or little ones’ naming-day ceremony poems, to be read out during the service.
And if you have something else in mind – just ask away! As a small business, I have the capacity to be flexible and strive to provide a unique, fully bespoke poem writing service.
So, will I need to fill out a long form to book my personalised poem?
No. Once you have confirmed your booking by email or phone; I will typically email you some simple questions for your reply. Obviously, to make a fully bespoke, personalised poem that you and your recipient will love: more is more and details are key! However, some customers prefer to send me a screenshot of notes they’ve already jotted down or email over some initial typed-up thoughts. We can work this out together. I will always ask for more info if needed and am happy to have a chat on the phone if you wish.
Erm, I want the poem to seem like it’s actually been written by me. Is that possible?
Yes it is. For framed and posted out poems requiring full discretion; I won’t include a Poem Bespoke business card or the like with the package. Just as importantly, I realise your poem is highly personal and promise not to publish it or post it anywhere online. On occasion, I may ask if I can include your general client feedback on my ‘testimonials’ or Facebook pages (which typically includes just a first name), but will always ask permission first.
How do I receive my bespoke poem?
I email you the final poem in MSWord format (or print-ready, pretty pdf if requested). For gift-readiness, I can also print, frame and post the poem out to you if you wish. For full pricing, please check the Process & Pricing page.
Okay, so when and how do I pay?
Payment for your personalised poem is made at time of booking, via PayPal or internet banking transfer – whichever works for you.
But what if I really don’t like the poem?
After the drafted poem has been sent over, you have the chance to let me know if there are parts you want me to change, omit or add. If you’re still really not feeling the finished product (and a further tweak just won’t do); I will refund your money and we part in peace. As a side note, this has not happened yet! To date, my feedback has consistently been super positive. 🙂
